Description
Small, quick thing done for Fallout Week 2015. The theme was "Favorite Antagonist", and at first I couldn't decide (partially because I knew it had to by New Vegas, and the concept of an "antagonist" in New Vegas depends on how you play), but then I just... I thought of Elijah, and it felt... right.
On a side note, Dead Money is 900% my favorite DLC.

When I first saw this image, My first thought was "Whoa! Elijah looks scary". And I do mean that there is a genuinely creepy feel you can see.
* These color shades are amazing! The extra-dark green colored background
matches up nicely with the computer monitors you see in the Wastelands.
A better color than the bright-blue high-contrast Hologram projection.
* The slightly lighter green color shows off Elijah's brooding emotions.
Instead of making the eyes a bright green to show off his unsettling madness,
You've made them just slightly lighter than the background.
* The combination of him looking down and how the camera is looking upwards
makes the viewer fearful. He looks more like both an angry-ghostly ancestor
and an hardened-leader who you do not want to disappoint. Or else...
You don't want to know what else.
Overall, This is better than the original in-game image! If I was a Video game modifier. (Modder.) I would swap out the original image, To place in this more-creeper image!
Also, Elder Elijah is also one of my favorite villains of the game. A truly mad scientist who wants to control the land with unbeatable technology. Solar artillery from Helios ONE, Bomb-collars from Big MT., And then there's the Sierra Madre. Everything He says about the Sierra Madre's is true! It can be used to create and build nations.
* The casino itself is a defensive citadel that withstands Nukes.
* The Security hologram emitters can be attached to the battery packs of a Gatling lasers.
One hologram holding the battery pack, And 5-10 others will attach the enemy.
* The toxic cloud can force out all living things away from areas you want to annex.
* The bomb collars will insure obedience from anybody you want to work for you.
* And lastly, The Vending machines will provide literally everything else!
Overall, Dead money is the Castlevania of the Fallout Franchise! and elder Elijah is the Dracula of this most deepest-darkest place within the unknown wastes.
Peace.
